Meet the Coaches
In 2006, Coach Greg Prator and Coach Marie Lures wanted to provide our underserved youth with alternatives to success. IGA was created to introduce our youth to the life lessons of Golf. IGA's hands-on individual training focuses on growth and development, resulting in improved play on the golf course.
Both Coach Greg and Coach Marie are USGTF Certified Golf Teaching Professionals. In 2017, Coach Greg's kid's participation in the First Tee, Inland Empire, earned him the "Tom Pernice Jr, award of Excellence" - acknowledging a Lifetime Commitment to Inland Empire Youth. In 2021, Coach Greg was recognized by the Inland Empire Golf Club as "Coach of the Year".
The continued growth of IGA has resulted in IGA teams winning numerous championships, trophies, and medals. Even more impressive are the scholarships awarded to their kids. From Tots to Seniors, IGA has an impressive alumni page showcasing their journeys from 22 months to college and beyond. "Looking into the future", IGA continues to grow the game by building tomorrow's champions today.
