The Inland Golf Academy (IGA) and Tee Divas & Tee Dudes Golf Club (TDTD), have partnered to support and promote access, resources and opportunities for youth that have traditionally been underrepresented and historically disadvantaged due to social disparities. 

 

SoCal Jr. Golf Team promotes equity, diversity, and inclusion by increasing

visibility, player development, and growth opportunities within the golfing industry.

Selected Junior Golfers throughout Southern California will be invited to join our SoCal Jr Golf Team.  Support can include, but is not limited to: 
 

• Tournament/ Registration Fees 

• Travel/ Lodging 

• Player Development – Specialized Training- Mental or Physical Coaching- Equipment Fitting and Equipment Purchasing 

• Mentorship ​

The IGA and TDTD have supported youth golfers from the greater Los Angeles area to the Inland Empire, for the past 15 years and currently serve over 100 youth clients.

 

Based on their 2023 Community Needs Assessment, SoCal Jr Golf Team enriches the lives of youth, families, and communities by:

• Addressing the primary concerns of our parents, youth golfers and community 

• Removing barriers that prevent youth participation 

• Providing resources that allow youth golfers to excel 

• Instilling lifelong skills, principles, and morals in our youth 

• Building a community of support and empowerment 

• Providing volunteer opportunities that fulfill and enrich the lives of participants ​
